Company isn't doing what they promised and have blocked my telephone calls! I've been waiting for over a month to get my annual A/C inspection done.Over a month ago, I called and was told that they would be out to do my annual A/C cleaning and inspection. The lady said that she would call me and let me know when they were coming. I waited two weeks, didn't hear from her, called her again and she said they were behind because of heavy rains. She ASSURED me that my name was on the list for scheduled annual inspection. I was ASSURED AGAIN that she would call me. Another 2 weeks passed, I heard nothing! I called last week and she said that [redacted] would be here Sat. July 5 by 8 a.m. He never showed up. I've tried REPEATEDLY to call them and now they have blocked my telephone number. I get a recording saying that they are not accepting calls from my number. This is a TERRIBLE way to treat someone! I have been a customer of Jordan Air for a number of years but I'm convinced now that they no longer want me as a customer. I just want to know WHY. Desired SettlementI just want them to tell me why they no longer want me as a customer after all these years! Did I anger them? Did I not spend enough money with them? I just want the REASON. I liked [redacted] and was happy with his work performance but if he doesn't want my moneyy, I'm perfectly happy to select another company for my heating and A/C business. I want other people to know what can happen with this company!

Complaint I had them come to my house for my fall & winter maintenance, which took them forever I always paid for my spring and fall, when the man got here, my daughter was here and he took a part off it to replace and said they had to order it, my daughter explained to him to call me to let me know what it was they had to replace and when they would be back, this was well over three weeks ago, no phone call yet. I call almost every day and I usually get the answering service and she confirmed to me she had sent all messages over to them. I work, they have my work number, they know I am only available on Saturday.Desired Settlement Bring the part, fix my heater, so I do not have to use the emergency heat (that is what he told me to do until it was fixed). This is ridiculous and I am tired of it. JUST FIX WHAT YOU BROKE.

This has been one of the worse company that I have ever experienced in my life if service or customer service is what you are looking for please do not call Jordan air for nothing every time I've called I speak with the answering service and my calls are never returned.The Revdex.com HAS THEM LISTED WITH "F" THAT EXPLAINS EVERYTHING. Residential cooling unit 14 months old and has stopped working. This business refuses to answer or return calls. We contacted [redacted] Heating and Air on Wednesday night after we noticed our unit had gone out. We were told by a representative that someone would contact us the following morning. After not hearing from them we attempted to call them back. Needless to say our calls went unanswered. We finally spoke with someone from the company and was told yet AGAIN that our call would be placed high on the priority list and someone would be out the same day(Thursday). No one showed up and we did not receive a call. Today is Friday after attempting to call from both cell phones and the house phone with no luck, I had someone else call from a different number and guess what...they answered. I was told that they did not see any call or complaint from us. [redacted] stated" There is no documentation of you or your husband calling about a bad unit". We have only had this unit 14 months and because we have a 10 year warranty with them, I refuse to pay anyone else. This will be our last time purchasing anything from [redacted] Heating and Air. Buyer beware!!!!Desired SettlementI don't know if there is any type of settlement we are entitled to.

Very piss poor customer service in every aspect of customer service. No return calls, no warranty listing at manufacture. Original bill to insurance company was about doubled 3 other later estimates. Wouldn't hire them to fix an outhouse.","neg-1

Jordan Air was going to register my new unit with TRANE within 60 days to get extended warranty and did not. A/C unit slab too small. (code issue) They need to fix the slab according to code and tell me how to get my extended warranty. I think these guys are now out of business but if not ....BEWAREDesired SettlementCorrect slab and provide restitution for their error in registering my extended warranty.
