Dec4, two young men from Jordan Electric Cocame to my house for a service callWhile they were working in the bathroom I brought to their attention to take out of my house his tobacco chew cup since I found his spitting & chewing tobacco offensive in my house specially when he came to do a job, I thought that he enter my house with a cup of coffee, but that wasn't the casethis was rude and unprofessionalThe one that was working with the switch became kind of agitated that I brought it to their attentionWhen I asked him a question about the switch his manner were very abrupt and I asked him to give me the bill now because I wanted them out of my house immediatelyHe declined to give me a price or the billHe said "I'm not going to give you crap, wait for the company to send you the bill"His words exactlyI told him to get out of my houseThis is the first time I dealt with this company and it was and awful experienceI called the company immediately and told he secretary what happened, she transferred the call to the manager and he assured me that he will take care of this and that he will call me back, as of today he has not called me back and honor his words (the company)
