Review: On April 1, 2013, I received a Class I flight physical from Dr. [redacted]. Before scheduling the appointment, his office agreed to bill the State of Alaska for services. Since then, I have received 3 past due billings for service on April 1. I have contacted the State of Alaska [redacted] as to why this was not paid. Ms. Nicholson stated that Dr. [redacted]'s office has refused payment several times. Ms. [redacted] said to send the bill to the State. I did. It didn't get paid, so I called the lady at the state where Ms. [redacted] said to call. Ms. [redacted] said the state was NOT going to pay for this bill, so I sent the remaining monthly bills back to Ms. [redacted]. I have not talked to either since. I wish Ms. [redacted] had called us, and we would be very willing to work out this situation. As for Ms. [redacted] I truly believe she has our office mixed up with another office as we have not EVER refused payment. We do not accept credit cards, and so that would be the only reason we have refused payment, but Ms. [redacted] knew this as there is a sign on our counter stating this fact.
