The date of this dispute, the customer came in to our store and we attempted to finance her partner as she stated the day of purchaseIt does appear that there was
misunderstanding or misrepresentations from the partner and her; we thought everything was clear since the customer *** *** did come in for a minute to provide us with her ID, and her social and gave this "guy" whom we thought was her boyfriend/partner as he stated her account and routing numberWe then spoke to *** and it seemed there was a huge issue with both of them; therefore she might have changed her mind on doing this favor for himWhen we spoke to him he stated that he thought this would be under his name not hers in front of her, therefore he was the one that lied to her about the whole situation and us and everything seems very deceiving on both sidesBut he knew what he was doing because all the information was hers; also we felt she knew if not why give us all her information after we told her why we needed itIf it was under his name there would be no need for her to willingly give us all her personal informationBut at the end of the day we are willing to cancel the contract with the finance company but cannot do so without the merchandise back in our handsThe customer only provided us with one phone number which was his, and it appears to be disconnectedWe have no other way to get a hold of her but through his numberAs soon as she calls us and returns back the merchandise we will gladly cancel out the contract
