The owner of this business has broken contract when it comes to doing my work. I have paid him for several job that he has not fully finished and he keeps adding different prices to things that are not in our contract. He has keys to my home that he refuses to give back. I have had to pay other people on top of what I have paid him to come back and fix what was was messed up.in my home. He has done wrong measurements and Ive paid for items that I cannot return or get my money back.
I, Richard J the owner of Jordan's Home Repair Service LLC. is responding to the complaint ID that was filed against Jordan's Home Repair Service, by ***. This complaint has been filed on false pretense, none of those things are true. Jordan's Home Repair Service was hired on 01/23/2020 to work in the home of *** to do the following, 1. Bathroom remodeling 2. Installation of Kitchen cabinets 3. Enclosed garage up-grade. there was a lots time waisted and delays on this job that wasn't caused by Jordan's Home Repair Service. Mrs. breached her contract and she received a letter from Jordan's Home Repair Service on 07/15/2020 concerning the breach please see attached documents. I, Richard J have extended service to Mrs. on a professional level, in the letter of breach its stated that if work is to be continue a new contract will need to be written and signed to both parties and signed. there was no additional cost added. Mrs. refused to sign another contract and wanted to continue under the original contract, she gave me her word the she will not cause anymore delays and will pay for the service Jordan's Home Repair Service surrender. Upon the completion of the bathroom, I preceded to install the kitchen cabinets, there was missing cabinets which should have been ordered. I asked for payment for the work completed and the reimbursement of receipts, she paid the remaining balance of $2,000.00 for the completion of the bathroom and she refused to reimburse me for the materials.
