Review: I ordered some items from this company on 10/7/2014. I have not received these items and company has taken full payment of $114.99 for the items. I disputed the transaction after weeks of not receiving items and no shipping information. They contacted me the day I disputed. They told me to drop the dispute and that the items had already been shipped. So I dropped the dispute. It is now 1/14/2015 and still have not received items, nor have I received any feedback from multiple calls with messages left and no response to any emails sent.

Review: Jordan Innovations did not refund me the money promised in his e-mail since they could not get me the product I paid for.

Jordan Innovations owes me the sum of $960.00 because [redacted] has ordered Origin Lab Fenders for the 1997 Nissan 240sx witch he paid in full on May 13, 2014. He has paid this through [redacted] (Unique Transaction ID # [redacted]). Since Jordan Innovations was not able to give a exact date, [redacted] has asked for a refund but got no reply. He has sent many e-mails, phone calls, and messages on [redacted]. In his last e-mail, Jordan innovation said that they will be refunding me the money but still has not. I sent many e-mails and left many voice mails but still did not get an answer back when he will be issuing the refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund back since Jordan Inovation broke the contract by not delivering the part by the time you promised.
