Tell us why hereI sincerely apologized for any inconveniences this may have caused our valuable customerAccording to my research with the store manager about this issue apparently the customer has notified the manager about the problem over the phone and the manager apologized and asked the customer to return the chicken at his convenience time for full refund, instead customer gets upset and asked to be credited right away and the manager responded that he is not authorized to give any refund over the phone without receipt or actual proofWe are a small super market and it would be easy for anybody to get hold of the supervisor and I am sure Mr [redacted] would be more than welcome to contact [redacted] about this matter

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.If all I was interested was a refund of $5 I could have easily gone to my CC company to dispute it. I explained to the store manger the situation and he wanted me to bring the chicken in. The store is not on my way and that's when his tone changed to an accusatory...almost accusing me of trying to make a fast $5. Even in my compliant I have not asked for a refund.
