This customers payment was due on 9/10/ My front desk employees had talked to her and she had told them she would be in on 9/15/to make the payment She came in and said she would not
be able to make the full payment and she could pay the rest around the date of the next payment I told her we couldn't do that and she needed to start making her payments on time She started to get upset and started accusing my front desk employee of being rude I said she had to have her payment in full or she had to leave She continued to say derogatory comments to myself and my employee I turned to my employee and said not to take her payment and she could make it at the back, which is right down the road We never raised our voice and the situation was very uncomfortable She walked out and got on the phone and we could hear her yelling and we could see her crying She then came in and sat at my salesman's desk, crying and complaining She asked for the bank's number and she called the bank About minutes later another one of my employees came and got me and said I better come up front because she was coming back and she had an angry looking lady with her That angry looking lady turned out to be her mother and she wanted to know how much she needed to write a check for to make up the rest of the payment I told her and then she and her mother began their verbal harassment once again I calmly said to her to take her money and pay at the bank She told me the bank wouldn't let her I talked to her and told her if she felt like we were so rude she didn't have to come into our business anymoreShe could always pay at the bank No matter what was said they were still upset and she wasn't satisfied As she and her mother slammed the door, her mother said I am telling everybody not to buy cars from you

be able to make the full payment and she could pay the rest around the date of the next payment. I told her we couldn't do that and she needed to start making her payments on time. She started to get upset and started accusing my front desk employee of being rude. I said she had to have her payment in full or she had to leave. She continued to say derogatory comments to myself and my employee. I turned to my employee and said not to take her payment and she could make it at the back, which is right down the road. We never raised our voice and the situation was very uncomfortable. She walked out and got on the phone and we could hear her yelling and we could see her crying. She then came in and sat at my salesman's desk, crying and complaining. She asked for the bank's number and she called the bank. About 10 minutes later another one of my employees came and got me and said I better come up front because she was coming back and she had an angry looking lady with her. That angry looking lady turned out to be her mother and she wanted to know how much she needed to write a check for to make up the rest of the payment. I told her and then she and her mother began their verbal harassment once again. I calmly said to her to take her money and pay at the bank. She told me the bank wouldn't let her. I talked to her and told her if she felt like we were so rude she didn't have to come into our business anymore. She could always pay at the bank. No matter what was said they were still upset and she wasn't satisfied. As she and her mother slammed the door, her mother said I am telling everybody not to buy cars from you.
There were 5 of my employees there. Also, she signed the contract to pay for the car and she set up her payment date. She does not have to ever enter our business again. She can pay at the bank.

The complainant purchased a 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche on 6/3/17.  When she bought the vehicle she put a $1000.00 down on it.  She signed a promissory note and gave us a check to put in the bank on 6/30/17.  We deposited her check on 7/3/17.Her husband came in with the vehicle and told...

us his wife made a mistake and they couldn't afford the vehicle and it wasn't working properly.  We told him to take it to a mechanic and see what the repairs would be.  He left and came back within a short while.  He walked in and said they didn't want the vehicle and we could have it back.

[redacted] did purchase a vehicle in December of 2014, at the time the vehicle was inspected and a new battery installed. The van was sold with a 30 day powertrain warranty in that 30 day period we had no word of an issue with [redacted]. Unfortunately...

in the last month or so she informed us of the vehicle dying randomly we sent her to a shop that we do business with to check on the issue. That shop has said that the vehicle engine is trying to lock up and will need a new engine. We will absolutely do our best to help get parts and labor as cheap as possible and to help [redacted] get through the issue. But we in no way can be liable for a vehicle after a 6 month almost 7 month time frame. We don't make the vehicle and sell the best vehicle we possibly can, there is no way for us to predict that an issue would occur 7 months down the road. Again we would love to try and help get the vehicle fixed cheaper and do whatever we can to help

see attached

We have paid to have the vehicle repaired once again.  The vehicle is sitting on our car lot.  We have attempted to contact Ms. Brown and her friend, who has a vehicle through our company.  They will not return...

our phone calls.  Her payment is over 20 days late.  We are willing to let her pay the payment and pick the vehicle up.  We have done everything we told her we would do.We do not have mechanics who work for us.  We send our work out to several businesses and the customer can decide to go to who we suggest or not.We have helped in a timely manner.  We sell used cars.  She signed an AS IS NO WARRANTY page but we still have paid to have the repairs made.

All I can say is the entire paragraph is very untrue, almost every single thing that is complained about is either turned, twisted, or flat out lied about. The facts are [redacted]...

came in drove 10 or so cars and fell in love with this car and this car only. We informed her that in order to purchase this vehicle it would take a pretty hefty down payment, her credit situation had major issues and something that we could not get done without a certain amount of cash down. She agreed to come back when she had some of the money and make some payments on the rest of the down to get it taken care of. She begged us to release vehicle before that down payment was met, because she had let another finance company repossess her previous vehicle, which we refused to do on many occasions. The vehicle sat on our lot after she purchased and did paperwork until she could meet the agreed upon terms. The paperwork was done on July 11th, and a powertrain warranty included with the sale, also a current Missouri State Highway Patrol Inspection given to customer. Our office never received a call about check engine light or any other sensor until the day we found out her transmission went bad, Like she said Aug 9th was the day we heard about that and we worked with her warranty company to get a large majority of the repair covered. The warranty company has already taken care of $1600.00 of the repair and she only owes $2000.00 to get her vehicle out of the shop. Not until she realized she owed extra money did she ever complain about anything with this deal. Her husband even called at one time wondering what we could do to help them refinance and get the money to pay for repair, he was completely fine and nice until we couldn't help and she started this kind of attack. We did everything in our power to take care of them, we sold them a vehicle with a warranty that covered a large portion of repair and our office is in no way responsible for the remainder of repair. Also I have forgot to mention [redacted] owes our office a $4000.00 down payment which to this date she has only paid $2000.00 of the total. This is the vehicle she had to have, she completely has lied about us guaranteeing or promising her anything, and still owes us $2000.000, there is nothing our office is willing to do at this time.

Case# [redacted]She was put down as a reference on a vehicle we sold to her son-in-law.  Immediately following the sale of the vehicle her son-in-law and daughter were unreachable.  They needed to make a payment and pay for the down payment.  We called the references and we reached this...

lady.  We never yelled at her.  She was never given information that she shouldn't have.  She chose to lie for the daughter and son-in-law.  She also said she knew the other owner and he was a crook.  Bottom line is we have repossessed the vehicle from her daughter and son-in-law.  Because we sell to low income people and people who do not have good credit and can not get financed anywhere else.  We are the "bad guy" when we have to repossess a vehicle that is not being paid for.  In this entitled society we have observed they learn it from their parents.  No one in our office cusses and she was never referred to as a [redacted].  We are thankful she wants no further contact.  If she had had her daughter call us we would have repossessed the vehicle sooner and never would have had a need to contact her again. Sincerely, [redacted]Jordan Motors
