I bought a car here on 02/26/2020 on 02/27/2020 I had to do about 300 worth of repairs. I sent them a text and was ignored. On 03/09/2020 I had to do another 200 worth of repairs so I send another text and informed them of the repairs and that I would be filing a complaint with the attorney general.
No reply once again from them. On 03/10/2020 I wake up and they have illegally repossessed my vehicle. I call them they claimed the repossessed it for no insurance which is false.
On 02/26/2020 I also gave them a 145 to register my vehicle well they never did and are refusing to give my money back for that. I've filed Complaints with the attorney general, the department of motor vehicle enforcement division as well as the Revdex.com

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like a fill refund of 1695.00 for the money I've given them as well as 400 for repairs.

On Feb 26 she purchased the car, she test drove the car and checked the car for 1 hr. she choose the 2010 Chevy Malibu. she agreed to pay the 1550 down payment and she asked us to change the 4 tires and she will pay for the tires. the cost was 145. she was supper happy with the car when she took the car. the next day she sent messages looking for a reason to sue us to make a financial gain. she was looking for any reason. she wanted us to give her back her money and she keep the car. we told her no and then she told us that she was not going to get insurance involved. she threatened us with calling immigration we are united states citizen. she said she will shut us down if we don't do what she said. We reposed her car for no insurance because she refused to send us a copy of her policy.

They came and took the car after I told them I wa contacting the Revdex.com, attorney general and dept of motor vehicle enforcement. They never made no contact with me at all concerning insurance I've had she car insured since the day I bought it actually my insurance was paid up for a few months on the car. I put almost a 1000 work into the car that is why I threatened to contact all persons above. I have any proof you need from my text to the receipts for repairs. They are scammers and it's obvious I'm not the only one they have done this to. I even paid them to register the car and for the tags that I never received of that they never sent off for and they refused to refund that 145 that is rightfully mine because they didn't provide what I paid for. I've attached the text I sent with no reply from them. They are liars

she was under a breech of contract for providing the insurance and from the second day she want to sue someone to get some money from them she signed the contract and she agreed to bring the insurance. last year we lost 65 cars total damage because of no coverages and insurance.

I'm so glad that you continue to lie I have my whole transaction recorded via my phone and never once was I instructed to bring insurance papers to you. I sent a text saying I was contacting the attorney general because of the bad business practices on your part. The next morning I woke up to my car gone this was retaliation, but please keep responding with lies my case is looking better and better with each response, because I can prove everything you are saying is a blatant lie.

On October 10th, 2019 I purchased a vehicle from Jordan Motors with a $900 down payment. I explained that I was a student and my husband is on disability. They were very anxious to get me in a vehicle. I ended up purchasing a vehicle that had body damage because he reduced the total price from $6,000 to $5,000, and even with the body damage it was the nicest vehicle they had available.
My payment was due on November 10th. I contacted Jordan Motors to request my payment date to be changed to November 15th as that is when I have income monthly. When I purchased the vehicle and explained I may need a few days adjustment in the payment date he smiled, obliged, and said it would be no problem to just make sure I called and kept them up to date.
Today November 13th they came and took the vehicle from the neighborhood Walmart parking lot while my husband was inside. My husband was literally in the store for 5 minutes and came out and the vehicle was gone. WE ARE LITERALLY 3 DAYS LATE and requested a 5 day extension on the payment because thats when we have income coming in. I didn't hear back from them and assumed it would be fine as most businesses will work with you especially when they know you'll be only a few days late.JORDAN MOTORS SAYS I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET THE VEHICLE BACK AT ALL BECAUSE I WAS 3 DAYS LATE AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I contacted the office to see what I could do to resolve the issue because I had every intention on making the payment by Friday. Sometimes checks land on different dates and most places willingly give you a few day grace period. NOT JORDAN MOTORS!!! They said I can not make payment, my contract has been canceled, and I will be unable to get the vehicle back.T
I PAID $900 for 33 days of use. I asked about the down payment and they said that none of it would be returned. I was obligated to make the payment and because I was late my contract was void. I asked to speak with the owner or management and was told the manager does not visit this property.
I have 3 small children and a terminally ill husband. Obviously with limited income I am unable to pay a down payment to another lot. I will now be without a vehicle for a few months and my husband will be unable to treat which could cost him his life.
BE AWARE OF PURCHASING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!
The unwillingness to work with me to resolve the issue tells me that repossessing the vehicle was always their intention. This means they will make double the down payment on the vehicle and you will be out of your hard earned cash. They will take the vehicle back with no warning if you're late even a few days.
If you are purchasing from a place like this I would imagine you're in a financial bind and need a company that will work with you. THIS IS NOT JORDAN MOTORS.
I hope this review helps someone and keeps another family from getting ripped off. I have never heard of a company doing something like this and hate to see another family experience what we did.
TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE TO AVOID BEING RIPPED OFF!!

I wish the business would offer an option to resolve the issue and get the vehicle back. If they do offer any options for resolving the issue I will update my post. This seems unlikely as they would not offer any options to resolve the issue.

Sent workers to pick up vehicle in Arkansas because salesman was upset my family and I relocated to another state. There was no notification.
October 27th, 2019 workers were sent to pick up my 01' Jeep Grand Cherokee in Arkansas. There was no notification that the car was going to be picked up. As my husband and I walked outside to ask the guys why they were here they said "Sam didn't like that you guys were In Arkansas so were taking the car." We then tell the gentleman to wait until we call sam from the dealership and and as we go inside our home to call the dealership they speed off in the vehicle. We called the dealership and then someone answers the phone and says "This is not jordan motors, I will call the police if you call me again." We have always called this exact same number listed but as soon as this incident happens, its all of a sudden "not jordan motors" they refuse to speak with us, they have blocked our calls. We filed a police report for a stolen vehicle because law enforcement says this was not handled properly. All of our newborns belongings and our wallets with important information were in the vehicle. We initially put down 1200 dollars for the vehicle, the payments were 400 dollars a month. I don't agree with how this is being handled. If there was an issue with me moving out of state then I would have liked better to be notified that the car was being picked up. The gentleman that came to get the vehicle were NOT repo men, and were NOT a repo company. They were salesmen that work at jordan motors and they arrived in an 07' Hyundai Sonata. Our car was in our driveway and they rolled the car in the street and tried to quietly jump the car to get it running. Police have even tried to contact both numbers that are on the dealerships business card and they will not answer to them either. If police reports are needed to resolve this then I can give those documents. I just wish to get my down payment back because we have only had this car for 1 month and it still had temporary tags on the vehicle that didnt expire till November 10th 2019. I just had a newborn and needed the vehicle, they took the vehicle with the carseat/ and stroller in the car along with our wallets that had our drivers licenses and Social security cards.

I am seeking a refund of my 1200 dollar down payment. I have not had the car but a month and the way this situation was handled was not right.

I purchased a cash car from here and they stole it from my daughters school.
2009 Chevy Impala. Purchased in full on August 20, 2019. VIN ***XXXXXXXXX. At the time of purchase I asked for any and all keys for the vehicle and was told there was only one.

About 3 weeks ago I went and picked up the plates from the dealership with no problem.

Today October 14, 2019 two men came to my daughters school (she drives the car to school everyday) and stole the car from the student parking lot. They made no attempt to reach me prior to this.

We did not know at the time who stole the car and filed a police report.

I believe this is a common problem with this company. I don't think I am the first person they have illegally taken a car from. I would like some sort of investigation to see how many other people they have done this to.

I don't have the date info with me but the a.c. went out and the check engine light came on on the same day of the purchase and I purchased it about a month and a half ago,now there's other things that need to be repaired and it's only a matter of time before it's completely not driveable,right now I have no choice but to drive it. I'm not even sure if there a legit company, they don't check credit and they only needed very little info,I'm sure I should've have purchased it but I needed a vehicle.

I was in a situation to where I needed a vehicle to get me from a to b,saw the advertisem on the website offer up and went out there looked at the car purchased the car and he assured me that the car was in great condition and if there's any repairs that need to be done they will take care of it,drove off in it and before I got home the check engine light came on, then the a.c. went out all in the same day of the purchase and after that it's been nothing but a complete head ache,long story short do not absolutely purchase anything from this dealer ship. I financed it about a month and a half ago.

Mr. bought a car from us at the time of sell the car was in excellent running condition. When he started having mechanical issues he refused to bring the car in for repairs. When Mr. became delinquent on payments we issued a repossession and the car was picked up. It was an as is car when he signed the buys guide. We went out of our way to fix it and when he declined that was his dissection.

Jordan motor on april 27,2019 its alot of things they promised me they financing cars that not worth the cost outside beaten up under hood work until u leave the shop I have the car for 4 days and the wheel bearing and also cv axle went out transmission fluid leak ..I called them and they told me I had to get it fixed the guy had me going thru so much knowing im 7 months PREGNANT have 2 kids ..I ask them any way if I paid for the car to get fixed will they give me a credit *** said yes you dont have to pay on may 10 u can just only pay 100$ then he turned around and called me threatrning me on the 10th of may saying if im late a day I will have to pay 270 plus 30$ he lied like he wasnt the owner it was somebody else ..I have been speaking to sale manager she say she will speak for me too because of the way he treat us black americans he threatened and told me he was gonna repoe my car today which is 11th this business not profession or they not legit I call dallas polices they said to me that the place shouldnt be here and they dont suppose to be running busness at all because they shop not listed ..they dont ask for any proof of residence ..no prrof of employment no none u just need a picture id which isnt legal at all ..this business need to ne shut down like seriously foreal ..racist and dont wanna give any warranty on any cars they financing ..

First off we sold *** a 2008 White Nissan Maxima. When the car was purchased it was 100% mechanically sound. In the contract there is an AS IS clause. Yes we Finance the cars, but its at 0% interest. We have the whole car looked at before selling it and again it is mechanically sound.
Second off, yes we picked her car up. We had to pick it up, it was in the police impound. Her boyfriend was driving the car and had an accident in the vehicle and drugs inside also. When he was arrested inside the car and taken to jail. They immediately impounded the car so when we were informed of that, yes we went and got it out. We told Ms. that she needed to pay the impound fee along with paying to get the car fixed from the accident. The other amount was her past due. She was 4 days past due. This is a buy here pay here.
Thirdly, as for the racial remarks. I have never and I have video in my office to support it, I have never disrespected a customer. As for Marie, she has not worked or me for 5 years it was a few months, and she has lie to customers and not informed me of the deals she has made with customers without my knowledge. She was let go for lying and stealing. She is no longer employed with us.
Thank you so much for your time. I have the contract, the police impound receipt, and whatever else you would need.

Reason why im not accepting this from them because this is all lies ..I baught the car on the 27 of april the car broke down and been having problems since I got it I called them a thousand times I have the police for witnesses also a co worker I was informed way before a accident occur that he was getring my car I spent 400 on my car to get fixed he informed that he was giving me a week free and that only thing I had to pay was 100 on may 24th the day he called me I ask did he want me to pay the 100 then he say nall because u not due til may 24 ....2 days after he told me that I got a.call saying I owe I said u told me I didnt til 24 he say ion care bout none of that ..wen the police came they came to agreement with them alex was lieing like he was a salesman and marie was the owner the police knew he was lieing I have evidence on that ...I was told to call the Revdex.com from police because they say his business not legit and that those cars shouldnt be finannce and the condition they are in. Wrecked and it was multiple people complaining bout there cars ...I never said anything racist to him he leing and my husband did not get arrested for drugs my car got proof he was on his way to pick me up from work and he left his license and my insurance paper at home so he aint have proof so they impounded I called to see how much my fee was not even 1 hour later they already went and got the car ..alex told me I had to pay 270 to get my personal things out the car and I rold him I will not its against the law wen I got there he tried to fight my cab driver and he threaten my hisband and he told us to get off his property all I ask is to go check the carlot out you will see bout it police even had remarks they finance wreck cars then repo them to make u pay repo fee and also more alex is a bunch of lies all I want is my money back some for pain suffer I have a. Auto shop will vouch for me bout the car alex knew that car wasnt good im 7 months pregnant im not and no condition to loose my. Money like that I WORK hard for 1300 dollars I have 2 small kids I will not take no loses again my husband went to jail on a ticket they let him go that day ..and no drugs was and no car alex lieing and lieing ...his cars no good he con people out of money how u gonna finance a car thats wreck bad burned bad and say as is that not right at ALL ....BUT AGAIN HE LIEING AND I FEEL THAT HE NEED TO GIVE ME SOME OF MY CASH BACK NO MATTER WHAT .....
