What have you done to retain me as a customer? What? Simply resolving my original issue will not satisfy me at this point as I have had to jump through hoops, make in person visits and use a third party to even get a response from youI will not be satisfied by you doing your job that wasn't done correctly in the first placeMy loyalty is not remotely being appreciated in the way you say it is Regards, [redacted]
