Dear [redacted] , I am sorry that your Subaru Legacy turbo started giving trouble or problemsWe know that you are angry and disappointed in our company, but I assure you that we had nothing to do with your turbo problemplease take your vehicle to a reliable automotive center that deals with turbo and have them check it outI guarantee they will tell you the sameThank you Roger D [redacted] GM of American tire and serviceIf you have any questions please feel free to call me ###-###-####

see attached was sent on 09/01/thank you [redacted] or ***To Whom It May Concern;On August 05th 2015, Mr [redacted] brought his Dodge SRT Vehicle into our shop because he wanted a coolant flush and a oil change repair order [redacted] (Exhibit A), before flushing the cooling system we notice the cooling system was leaking coolantWe had our technician check to see where the leak was, his testing results were the coolant hose to the Turbo Charger was leaking coolant at the tip because the hoses needed to be replacedWe made an estimate (Exhibit B) and called Mr [redacted] and told him that his Hoses, Thermostat and Radiator Cap needed to serviced (replaced)The Turbo Hose has to be special order and it will take about 3-working days before we get itWe told him if he needs to use the vehicle we can cut the tip of the hose and put a new hose clamp we also filled the system with gallons of coolant, Exhibit C shows that we did not charge him for the gallons of coolant that we used to filled his system withMr [redacted] said that is all the service work he wanted and he will let us know about the other service workOn Saturday 29th August Mr [redacted] called and said his vehicle was leaking coolant and the engine was running hot, we told him we will pick up his vehicle and check it out, after the vehicle got to our shop we checked the Turbo Hose but it was not leaking, after several hours of testing our technician finally found the problem, the Radiator Cap was not holding the pressure it will open at 5lbs of pressure and push the coolant into the recovery tank which overflowed to the groundAll this was recommended to (Exhibit B) Mr [redacted] on 8/05/but he declined the recommended workMr [redacted] did not think he should have to pay for any of the services or parts we performed on 08/29/(Exhibit D)
