I am rejecting this response because:
The vendor response indicates no desire to offer a resolution, ie refund my money or offer replacement seeds-- and as he notes, it was only lbof seed....yet the seed cost $for this lbas it is a unique variety! His other radish seeds are less than $5/lb Thus, the vendor refuses to stand behind his product The message about sending to a third party for germination rates (he failed to note that would take up to weeks) was simply a stall tactic from supplying a refund In my business, if the customer is unsatisfied because the product fails (in this case won't germinate), we immediately offer another product or refund I requested other seeds to replace these, and he refused (there is an email trail on all this) When he failed to respond to my third email, I indicated to him that I would be in touch with my credit card issuer to resolve Obviously we are still not resolved, and he is now in possession of the defective seeds Will he refund or replace the seeds? Or now that he has them back, will he attempt to sprout them? That seems to be lacking in his response As I offered many times, I am happy to call or email a resolution (and I did call twice, but failed to get a resolution) I did send the seeds back at my cost, by the way.***
