Hello here are my reciepts,documents for bill of sale,invoice from [redacted] Auto.I purchased this car Feb 13th at J***s Affordable Co.I paid 1,down Feb 2016,Mar 351.00,April 200.00,May 351.00,June200.00,July200.00.Could not find June reciept but the carlot got record I paid 200.00.I had made a complaint against this carlot when I first got the car.Because they wanted me to pay up front up front for tax and title.And usually it be added/included into your bill of sale.I sent copy of bill from [redacted] Auto in May went there because the car had a bad oil sensor plug the car was shooting out oil like water.When the mechanic did his check he seen the lower engine mount was severly worn making my engine have excessive engine movement..and wasnt nothing I could had did to it,It was like this when car was sold to me.The Mechanic said go back to the carlot and request they fix it or pay for half or help me some type way.The mechanic said that carlot should had never sold you that car like that.So I called talked to John the salesman told him what mechanic said and asked could they do anything for me to help me out.His reply was the same as about the transmission.He had to talk to his uncle because the uncle owned the carlot and it was sold as is he would get back with me and didnt.I went to make my payment May showed John the invoice the Mechanic at [redacted] told me too.John the salesman made a copy of it said he would show his uncle.Talk to John a few days later he said his uncle said no he couldnt help me out.I have even asked to speak directly to the uncle on this matter and the transmission matter and John always says hes either gone on vacation or he is not in a the time.I do understand a used car have to have things repaired.But should not like on major things like a bad engine or transmission from beginning because these carlots should not be able to sell to customers.Taking peoples money basically a rip off.Its not fair or right for a customer whos just trying to get reliable and dependentable transpo for themselves and children just to get around.A friend that was with me the day the incident occurred9/8/told me call the Revdex.com on this carlot because how they did me wasnt right.If I could afford a lawyer I would take them to court.But because I am on disability dont have much income I cant.I sure hope someone can help me.I have paid almost half off car total and now dont have one.Just wanted to add these things so you would know how this carlot place do their customers.Thank you

First let mh start off by saying we have not been in business for years by selling bad cars or treatingcustomers badly.*** *** purchased a vehicle from our company an 2/13/and the vehicle she purchased did nothave a bad transmissionit is a used vehicle and does have wear and tear on the vehicle which iswith a USED vehicleMs*** did purchase the vehicle 100% as is and our sales man did explaineach and every document she signed when she purchased the vehicleWe have been very helpful to Ms*** and have gone out of our way to accomodate her knowing sheis on a fixed incomeShe had made a complaint with the attorney general back in April of who was made satisfactory onour behalf, Ms *** was recently repossessed because of nonpayment, and she was behind in paymentsfor two mbnthsMs *** is in breach of contract for many reasons as well as being behind in payments, she did not havefull cover Insurance and also she did not notify us with change of numberWe happened to have gottenher number from the caller i.dIAs I read Ms***s Complaint I find it absurd if she felt as if the car had a bad transmission why wouldshe purchase It? We did not make her buy the vehicle.She has been a customer who has been very rude to our sales department as well as rude to our staff ingeneralShe has made death threats to the sales man on the on Sept 9th 2016 due to nonpayment.Our company has not done harm or in any way sold this customer a bad vehicle; we will not be givingher another vehicle or any money backIf Ms*** contacts our office with any further death threats we will prosecute to the fullestI have allpaper work that supports the purchase and the contract she signed knowing she purchased this vehicle100% as is;If you have any further questions please feel free to call Christina @ ***Regards, Pat J***
