Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.According to my attorney, same one that Mr [redacted] never responded to, I do not have to go back I went there and was given the run around and yelled at by Mr [redacted] in which I have recorded the conversation After his lack of professionalism and see that both of my vehicles' tint that he did are both faded, why would I go back to this same place? He has been trying to clean up his "F" rating with the Revdex.com because he has another review with the Fort Knox Business Board today, Sep I will let the court hear the recording of how he stated he has a "lifetime warranty" but did not want to fix it because the tint was done in - does not make sense and I have his own voice stating that I just hope no other Soldiers or Army retirees go and buy his services He lacks of business professionalism and courtesy Also, can he provide me his "No Refunds" policy in writing from the past? He is NOW saying that so he does not have to give back any money I do not trust this person with my vehicle in his possession.I will continue to tell folks and friends to NOT patronize this Jordan's Tint Shop and will see him in Small Claims Court His past Revdex.com complaints tells everyone how he operates and says it all.Regards, [redacted] ***

I responded to the customer by Text on December 5th ###-###-#### I wasn't trying to blame nothing on you I just said I thought you called and moved your appointment and I didn't make excuses I told you the truthmy o'clock appointment Will verified it was ankle deep with waterI showed her And like I told you I could have worked on your carThat day just not at o'clock!!! So how's that bad business? I called the landlord he said he knew it flooded in there but he didn't even tell me!!!! he just fixed it yesterday

Dear Revdex.com, I will not accept, nor should any customers go to this person's business. He is rude and unprofessional with no business ethics. He has never responded to my attorney's letter in Feb He was reported to the Fort Knox Garrison Commander for Consumer Affairs in May 28, and the response from them, in writing, was his business practices were questionable and he was on a days watchThis person has an attitude as is evidence from previous complaints against himHe is suppose to have a "Lifetime Warrant" but his response (Yes! I have RECORDED the converstation for legal action in the very near future) was "we have a lifetime warranty but you got it in 2009......that response sounds very ridiculous! I have cars this person did and both are bad in which one, the Ford Focus is as clear as the window while my Pacifica is fading alsoI don't trust this person with any of my cars at this point in his possession and according to my attorney, same one Jordan's Tint never responded to, I do NOT have to have him retint my windowYou can see on this guy's history he is NOT professional - see in Sep-Dec in which he broke and accepted to fix a Soldier's amplifier he damaged only to accept it and NEVER gave it back to the Soldier - that is how Jordan's Tint operatesSo no, I don't trust him with my vehicles and I DEMAND my money backI will see him in Hardin County's Small Claims Court for bad tint job to two "lifetime warranty" tints he did, along with the recording which was the same recording Fort Knox Garrison Commander and Board heard on this person. He can tell it to the Judge.
I am awaiting another copy of the Fort Knox Garrison Commander's Business Board and will forward it to the Revdex.com for its records. Hope no one has to get ripped off by this guy again, but it will continue to happen.
He already has an "F" rating with the Revdex.com and that says it all about his "business"Thank you,

I apologize to him for the 1st time because his wanted to wait for him car and I needed to go pick up a employee stuck in the snow! the 2nd time like I told him when I made the appt Jordan's not open on Saturday just appt only. I didn't see him or
no one else come to the front door & what's wrong with working on other cars before your appt? And if you saw me working why didn't you knock on the door or sometime beside driving off?
