Review: I placed an order for candy on 8/25/2014. My credit card was charged $945.37. I received a communication from [redacted] on 8/25/2014 thanking me for the order and if I had any requests for delivery. IWe had asked that delivery be at a location of a county fair that we were selling merchandise at. A woman named [redacted] replied that delivery would not be before the end of the fair, I requested it be sent to my home, which is my billing address. This was on August 29, 2014. I never received any more information about the order. I have tried to contact since via both email and phone and have no response. Now some of the phone numbers are no longer in service. I have repeatedly tried via email & phone to no avail. Our business season is beginning again and I need the candy or the money to purchase candy elsewhere.Desired Settlement: Either a delivery of my order or a refund to my credit card.

Review: The company never delivered the requested and paid for product: 6 lbs of jordan almonds. I have emailed multiple times with no response. I have called only to find the number disconnected. The date the product was needed has passed. I would like a refund of the total amount I paid for the product + shipping.Desired Settlement: I simply want a full refund of the amount I paid for the undelivered product as well as shipping (since it was never shipped).

Review: I purchased 10 pounds of chocolate lentils off of Jordanalmonds.com on October 11, 2014. I received an e-mail confirming my purchase. I selected 3 day shipping and still have not received my purchase. I have reached out to them three times now and have had no response of when my order is going to be shipped. I am guessing that they do not plan to ship the items I purchased, and they have no plan of refunding me my money. This site needs to be shut down.Desired Settlement: I would like my $76.97 refunded to me. This purchase was for me wedding (which is on November 8th), and I know I will not get this product by then (or at all).

Review: I ordered roughly 90 dollars worth of premium french jordan almonds at the end of March for my wedding reception at the end of May. Two weeks before the event I contacted the seller to ensure my order would arrive soon letting [redacted] know I needed time to prepare party favors with the almonds. I was told they'd arrive within a few days. With a week to go I contacted the seller again who said they had shipped yet the tracking number showed that they hadn't shipped I contacted the seller again who proceeded to delay. I told the seller to cancel the order since they were slated to arrive less than 24 hours before my event and I wouldn't have time to make favors using them. The seller promised to overnight them to me to avoid this so I agreed not to cancel the order. Shipping was changed to one day shipping not overnight and wasn't sent till the following day so the almonds arrived the day before my event anyways.

When the almonds arrived in a ziplock bag with no information and half weren't in the color I'd ordered. I'd ordered imported French almonds that come in a box from the original manufacturer. I believe the quantity was significantly smaller than I ordered. Additionally, when I bit one in half I could tell it had a thick candy shell and was not the premium thin shell french brand I had purchased. This was a classic bait and switch. With less than 24 hours to go for my wedding I didn't have a back up plan and placed the knock off almonds in a bowl.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the difference between the boxed premium French almonds that I purchased and the low quality almonds in the wrong color and finish that were packed in a ziplock bag refunded. I would estimated this to be a difference of 50 dollars refunded.

Mostly, I'm hoping to end their predatory business practices of bait, delay, delay, delay, switch. Profit!

Review: I placed an order (one order) for 5 lbs of gold Jordan Almonds on October 13th. I was charged twice of $139.97. I have been trying to contact them via email and phone from the 21st of October, several attempts. The three numbers on the website are all disconnected and no one has ever responded to one of my 10 emails.

I opened a claim with [redacted] for the extra charge and today(11/15), one month after the order was placed, I have now filed another claim with [redacted] to credit me the second charge of $139.97.

Please have these fraudulent people shut down their website so no one else is faced with the same situation.
