Rvision's Superintendent has been in touch with [redacted] and has had Concrete scheduled for two weeks and will be repaired Monday 10 am. This issue is resolved.

Rvision Homes LLC,Is in the process of rectifying this complaint. Due to all the rain we were unable to get equipment on the property.

Good Afternoon, We sincerely apologize for any frustrations and we are working with the homeowner to complete her list.  We try our best to make the homeowner happy and do not take this lightly.  From my understanding ... per our Construction Manager, the main issue has been resolved....

 This is exactly the type of run around I keep receiving from this company. They received the tax documents for all the properties and didn't bother to notify me until March. They paid their portion, but didn't pay their late penalties. They asked if I would pay them and they would reimburse me. I sent the documents to my lender and they paid all remaining fees and all the penalty fees. Now they are trying to put it all on me for it being late. As for the driveway, they only fixed the cement part of the driveway that they damaged. They said it was to cold to repair the asphalt and needed to wait for warmer weather. I contacted Wes twice in July and he said he would send his team out to do the repairs. They never showed up either time and now I can not get him to respond at all! The only responses I get are through the Revdex.com Site and then they fail to complete their promises.

The Facts[redacted] did not buy a home from RVision (not our customer). RVision did not break his driveway. RVision has tried to assist in getting the driveway fixed for [redacted] by assisting in contacting the company that broke the driveway. The driveway is fixed. The asphalt is now his new complaint which again is not RVisions fault we are just the middle man trying to help [redacted] get his driveway fixed.[redacted] did not pay his taxes on time 2016. RVIsion and [redacted] owned three adjoining properties so they where all on one tax bill. RVision paid there taxes but [redacted] did not pay his until June 2016. Rvision only owed taxes on LOTS not HOME + LOT. Therefor [redacted]s tax % was on $5000 versus RVisions taxes where based on a lot $700 a piece. Therefor RVision only owed a late fee on $700 each for one month late. [redacted] continued to wait till June four months later adding more late fees at a higher percentage. He says we owe $400 which the late fee all together was not that high at that time so there is no way we owe that. I asked him to send me his bill (June 16,2016 via text)? [redacted] showing he paid the late fee. He has not sent the late fee receipt.He said we do not contact him other than Revdex.com. Not true I have sent him many text messages he does not respond at all.I have been in touch with the contractor who originally broke his driveway and am waiting on a response from them to let [redacted] know what the remedy is for the asphalt. If he does not send us the reciept for the late taxes with his and RVision's portion we can not pay him.
