Jordan's Boarding Kennels

I took my puppy here several weeks ago when I went on vacation. Upon taking her home when I got back, she had several deep scratches in her ear and her stomach. I called the Kennel to see if there was incident between her and another dog that weekend, but the owner assured me that nothing had occurred and maybe she scratched herself on the metal fencing. With the understanding that my puppy can be very active and rambunctious at times, I brought her back for another weekend. When we returned home, I took off her harnest and my puppy's fur and skin was pink! She smelled horrible and in a effort to get the pink stain off her fur/skin, I gave her a bath immediately. Even after scrubbing the best I could, her fur is still pink. I am assuming they never took her harnest off and she had it on for 3 days straight. I called[redacted] to report the business, but they do not believe that this classifies as cruelty. I believe that this is still some form of neglect and I would like to report the owners of this business.Product_Or_Service: Dog BoardingDesired SettlementNot only do I want to provide this information for the Revdex.com for others knowledge, I paid $84 for boarding combined for both visits. I trusted them to ensure that my dog was taken care of and they failed to provide that service. When she picked her dog up she was happy with the service we provided her. Several days later she did call Saying she saw a scratch on her dogs ear. We did not see anything while her dog was with us. If it was that serious, she should have taken her dog to her vet which she did not. We also do not know where her dog had been after it left us.As for the dye running from her dogs harness, that is a matter for her to take up where she purchased her harness. All dogs need either a collar or harness with an 1D and license.We feel she was happy with our services since she returned a month later on another trip and never said anything about either issue.She was left a message by phone and was also told that we can no longer help her in the future.We would appreciate not receiving any more phones calls or letters from your organization.Thank you,Jordan** Kennels
