Jorges detail painting LLC CCB Yes we painted the house for $in Florence customer asked what about the deck which was very badly worn and in need of some help I told customer for an extra thousand dollars we can re-stain the deck if you supply the
materials their product that was bought by the customer was not going on smoothly it was clumpy and would not mix properly we attempted to put it on anyway because the customer had bought the deck finish he wasn't happy with the way it looked so I had my manager come back and re-stain the whole deck with a different product unfortunately the product from underneath that the customer had bought was still clumpy I supplied all the stain and labor to refinish the deck at our companies expense of over $out of my pocket to try to make the guy happy but he still wasn't happy I also did some carpentry repairs that I never charge them for replacing rotten facia boards which would've been an extra $charge I had let go off the bill because I knew he wasn't happy with the deck we we finished the deck my manager said it looked pretty solid so we left it the way it was as for the empty cans when a customer buys the wrong product they're the ones that are supposed to take the old cans to dump
