My now wife, myself and our 2-year-old daughter are from Ohio and we stayed at the Edge Hotel in Clearwater Beach, Florida 3/7/XXXX-X/11/for our destination WeddingEvery day we stayed we encountered a problem with our roomThe management and staff were unbelievably rude to us and the service was horribleThursday night of our stay we come back to find our room infested with bugsAt 2:in the morning we are moving our sleeping daughter, repacking all of our suitcases, wedding stuff and switching roomsAll they wanted to credit us was the $amenity fee for the inconvenienceThe next morning, we went to ask for a manager to explain our situation and the woman at the front desk rolled her eyes, got an attitude and grabbed a managerThe manager who came out couldn't help us and said we needed to talk to another manager who wasn't inThat day we spent all day at the beach and pool, my wife brought our daughter up for a nap and when she pulled the sheets back to lay her do
Booked a room at Edge Hotel, Clearwater Beach through Hotels.Com for $for one night for a celebration I suffered a medical emergency and called to cancel our room and not only would they not consider a refund, but worse yet refused to allow us to stay a different night We are seniors on a budget and this amount is devastating We are furious over this hotel and we never even set foot on the property Hotels.Com tried in vain to help us...this is the worst hotel experience we have ever experienced
