They've already reported us to a credit agency.We've already paid them.They previously agreed not to send us to a credit agency.This is ridiculous.This bill is for product NOT received

This customer bought lockers on our website 4/on and evidently they arrived damaged on 4/ They did not inspect the lockers at the time of delivery as instructed on our website when they placed the order This is the terms and conditions that they agree to
when checking out.*Please remember to inspect your shipment for damage, which in some cases may involve removing the packaging materialDamage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery for any replacement of productIf there is damage the shipment can be received with the damage noted on the delivery receipt or the damaged items can be refused completelyAll damage must be noted and reported to us no more than hours after deliveryPlease forward this information onto the person in charge of receiving your order* Not only do customers agree to these terms and conditions when placing order on our website, but they also receive an order confirmation when we process the order and a shipping confirmation when we ship the order that also has our terms and conditions on them The customer received this three times. The customer first contacted us on 5/to report the damage ** Note that this was days after they received the lockers The customer was very, very rude and demanding and wanted us to replace all of their lockers We tried our best to explain our position that we could not file a freight claim now because it is too late, or send them new lockers because they did not follow our instructions and we have no recourse with the freight company now He demanded that we replace the lockers or he would take every possible path for restitution Our position is very clear I might add, not only did he report this to you, but he posted (9) negative reviews on social media that we know of I would also like to add that this morning we agreed to send him (1) set of replacement lockers (at our cost) and a $credit for the other set of damaged lockers He agreed to this and said he would retract/amend his comments with the Revdex.com and on social media We feel like this was not required of us, but decided this was the best course of action Try to make the customer happy and move onI attached a picture showing the damage which is very minimal I also attached part of an e-mail chain correspondence between the customer and us We feel the customer knew they did not follow instructions and felt like they need to attack us from the get go to get what they want

Response to complaint During Sept 2016 Vapor Mania placed an order for 48 Quantum Storage Bins. On September 7, [redacted] acknowledged receipt of the bins, but asked about returning them due to a misunderstanding regarding the number of bins per case. He was informed that since these bins...

were special order and they were not eligible for return. Customer then filed a credit card complaint where customer's money was refunded. Fast forward to December 2016. Three months have now passed. Customer has not only received a credit card refund, but retains possession of our merchandise. A [redacted] is apparently now the communicator for the company and is the one who filed the complaint with Revdex.com. He now claims the company did not receive receipt of the items in question despite the acknowledge of receipt of goods by [redacted] on September 7 and proof of delivery from our freight company. As a settlement offer, Jorgenson Companies has offered to accept back the (48 bins which customer was invoiced for) assuming the bins are new and not damaged or is willing to accept payment from the debtor. It's that simple, either return the product or pay for the product received. That offer was again presented to Vapor Mania on January 16, 2017. We have not received a reply.
