Review: We purchased a used car from Jorns August 26, 2015. Our contract required them to send us a new lumbar pump. After 3-1/2 months, they finally sent us a used, rusted out pump that was non functioning. Following a brief discussion, the owner told us to go to the state and ended our call!Desired Settlement: We are only asking them to honor their contract to replace the part with a new one. We would like the “new” part as originally promised, within 10 days. Otherwise send us a check for $841.89 and we will handle it ourselves through another GM dealer who gave us the quote for the required part.
