I am rejecting this response because:I am asking this matter is attached to Jorve/Guardian roofing's record as their response is nothing but liesThey flat refuse to repair the fascia or send me a receipt for the final payment. The response that was sent to you from the company is nothing but lies. They state that the fascia was not damaged by the tear off and was a structural problem. That is not true. It was pushed out during the tear off. I WANT IT FIXED. Also stated, was his field supervisor "Abe" showed photos to me and my Mother. No pictures were ever show to us. I am retired, and my Mother died several years before this project. These low life's are stooping pretty low with their lies. They state I didn't answer their correspondence which is a lie. I have copies of all letters and a list of phone calls. When I paid the final $1,over the phone, I was assured by the guy I spoke with that the repairs would be made after the weather warmed up. That was the last I have heard from these clownsUntil Repairs are made and I get the receipt I will not let this go. I have and will continue to give bad review on every site availableThank you for your time.

Mr. [redacted] contracted with Jorve Roofing for a residential roofing job.  The contract did not include fascia repair. After removing and replacing roofing, the fascia was more visible. The customer felt we had damaged the fascia because it had irregularities in it. He did ask us to fix it...

because he felt we had changed its appearance. In fact we had not. When we looked at the fascia, our field supervisor Abe Heaps showed the customer and his mother, with photos, that the fascia was in its original condition and attached firmly to the framing. It had not been pushed out or altered.   The customer understood, so we thought. He then demanded again for it to be fixed, and held payment of $1,000.00. We then sent a tech out to get a second opinion. At that time it was determined, again, that the fascia was firmly attached and in its original condition.  To rectify the problem (aesthetics) we would need to fix the framing of the home.  The customer was informed again at that time. All the while the customer did not return phone calls and or emails. Once we became more assertive for the money that was owed, we received payment. As the owner I would be happy to look at the fascia again. We are human and do make mistakes. That being said we have made several attempts to have the customer understand that this is an item that was not contracted to be repaired, and was not affected by our work. Our system sends out an email receipt when payment is made.  We will send another receipt for the customer's record. We do not feel that this complaint should go on our record. The customer has been shown that the problem existed before we were at the home, and altering it was never part of the contract. Please remove from our account.
