Review: A sale price was clearly marked on line listing 3 dress shirts for $149.00. I ordered online but the sale price did not come up. I contacted live chat and spent about 10-15 minutes with an agent named [redacted]. After going back and forth multiple times the sale price did not load for my order. He wanted my payment information when the price was not correct. I finally gave up since I was not going to pay full price when they clearly marked a sale price. I feel this is a dishonest business practice to list a sale price then not allow the customer to purchase for that price. I did contact the company by email but I felt this practice should be documented as fraudulent on the part of this business.Desired Settlement: I want an apology for wasting an hour of my time.

I ordered an item on their clearance website and it showed that it was in stock. Once I placed the order on September 15 it said it would not ship until Oct 15. I contacted them and they said it would ship between Oct 15 and Oct 31. I tried to cancel the order at that time and they said I could not until it shipped. Now they are telling me once it is off backorder, it could take up to 45 days and possibly never for delivery. Why have something on clearance if it's not in stock. They bait you in their site with false advertising then never deliver.

Review: on Jan. 12th I purchase a suit from JOS. A Bank clothing store in Glendale Wisconsin. I left it for alterations. I received a call two hours later sasying the suit was defected and they could not sell me the suit. I asked if they discount and sell me the defected suit and they said no. I asked if they could sell me another suit and discount it because I am traveling 50 miles back three times for this suit and leaving out of town in 48 hours. They said no. I asked if the could sell me another suit at a cost reflecting the problems we were having and they said no. The general manage became rude, and said there was nothing they could do. I had them cancel the order. I could not get her boss or any of their management to care to help me or offer viable options. They simply didnt care. they tied up my credit card for three days and I still didnt purchase product. the wrong doing here is the way this store handles their customers when they themselves sold me defective product.Desired Settlement: I would like to see this store offer two suits for the price of one for the unprofesssional service given to me. Their general manager did not care to help me in any way what so ever.
