Jos. A. Bank Factory Store

Review: Dear Gentlemen:I selected the Jos. A. Bank certificate because you have a local store here in the area. Today I went into this local Jos. A. Banks store and selected a dress shirt & tie for an upcoming wedding plus two polo shirts to be worn during casual time over the wedding weekend.I presented my Apparel Incentives Certificate [redacted] Issued 1/16/15 and the sales lady said they would not accept them - I need to go to a "real" store. No where on the certificate does it say not usable at certain stores. In fact it says "...can be redeemed for regular or sale priced merchandise at any Jos. A. Bank Clothiers store or through our catalog."Store # 255 Reg #80Trn # 507599 Emp # 44200Date 5/17/2015 Time 12:19pmI have contacted Banks 3 times now and no response.Desired Settlement: lease send me a check for $25 to replace this worthless piece of paper.
