Review: I purchased a suit and shirt for husband. Their policy is complete satisfaction, but since it didn't work, I called up the headquarters and spoke with them regarding my dissatisfaction. They sent me a shipping label for return, and claimed they'll handle it.
Seems like they sent a replacement to a random address, and upon inquiry, I was told they would look into the matter. I have not received a response and this issue is dragging out since last year March, 2013. Messages and calls are left unanswered and i'm out $210.00, There's noone to talk to.Desired Settlement: Just a refund for $210 would be sufficient.
This issue has been resolved. We have mailed the customer a gift card for the amount due overnight through UPS. I left a message on the customers voicemail with the tracking information.
I am rejecting this response because:
I paid $188 for the suit and $21.50 for the shirt. The refund I requested was a refund check. Given the fact that over a year has elapsed since the issue began and no resolution came forth, why would I want to bother with the company again in form of a gift card??? In addition, the company shortchanged me $72. (the amount paid was $210 and the gift card is $138.) I requested a full refund. There is nothing I can purchase for the amount on the card.....
