After reviewing the complaint made by *** ***, we have founded
them to be incorrectWe do not force anyone to give us their credit card,
the credit card is required to rent our
tuxedosThis is a process that has
always been in place and at the time of his rental, the only people that
was around was people that was in the same wedding partyTherefore, the
only people that would hear his credit card number would be the the people
that was with him
When *** *** contacted me, I informed him that this is our process and
that I would review this process but I assured him that his credit card
number was not stolen from anyone working with our Company
At the time of his rental, we had no coupons for rentals, that's why it was
refused A refund of cash will not be
given because we fulfilled our contract for his rental
