Ms ***is correct in stating we broke the edge off one of her CMU steps We explained to Ms *** that a settlement with the adjacent property owner included payment for her claim The concrete unit steps were over twenty years old We attempted to age a unit to be used to
replace the damaged We went to the site to place the stone an discovered there was a completely different step configuration Ms *** is a web page designer she works on her computer everyday We have web and email, but we are a small company doing all the field work and may not look at the computer for weeks She sent messages expecting immediate responseWe still work the old fashion way using the phone Our calls to Ms *** were not returned
