Review: This electrician came and made a mess in our circuit breaker box.. some outlets work some dont. shows up only if we pay him otherwise no show. Unprofessional. litter in my house and in my driveway wrappers everywhere. very disappointed definately do not recommend. Price always changing.Desired Settlement: I want other consumers to know about this electrician, I dont know where this will lead to if in court I dont know. would like the job finished the right way

Sergia Candeias’s home condition upon arrival was unlivable. The house had incomplete vinyl siding and no kitchen cabinets. The home owner was remodeling his home: by himself it appeared, which left a lot of litter and debris around the property. Along with incomplete projects around the home he had multiple animals such as cats,chickens and dogs running in and out make a mess. Those are obviously not ideal working conditions, but I still came to complete the service.Sergia decided on upgrades while I was performing the service panel job, Which caused prices to change. When I left the property the homeowner would try to cut corners and do the work himself. So I would come back to a mess in the circuit breaker box. Apparently, Sergia. didn’t have enough money to pay me in full for the services asked. He wanted me to perform electrical services and pay me each week. It was unprofessional on his part to request electrical work and not pay ms for the services rendered. He wouldn‘t have money to pay me; therefore I wouldn’t show up to work for free.This service started over a year ago and wasn’t completed the normal way I conduct business because the client didn’t have enough money to finish his remodel services asked to be preformed by Progress Construction.
