He had yards of top soil\ mushroom compost, delivered, distributed, mulch weeds removed from several areas, large stumps, large bushes, and a ton of flag stone plus boulders removed taking man hours with 3guys and one women He has paid me in full. I did call him which after I talked to him this was not resolved as I am seeing now as he informed you I never got a return call. I don't like taking clients to court nor, do I make a habit but, it's the only legal way we can get our money if not paid. I don't think either party wins in the end . I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Unfortunately, Mr. K[redacted] persists in trying to blame "miscommunication." There was none. The bid he wrote states that he would clear the fence; the fence is not cleared. There was never any question about clearing the fence, only about whether to grade the outside, which I decided against and informed him when I called to schedule the work and added the seeding of other areas. The fence was always to be cleared.Mr. K[redacted] admitted to misfiling our invoice and forgetting our job for two weeks. He missed the second appointment on Monday 9/26, and his crew left on 9/27 before the work could be inspected by us, although we were home. In response to my letter, Mr. K[redacted] left a nasty voicemail and threatened to bring his "guys" into court to testify that we didn't want the fence completely cleared. As I explained in my complaint, Mr. K[redacted] was alone when he gave the bid and wrote the proposal, including clearing the fence, and any testimony on the part of his employees otherwise would be false.I remain unsatisfied with the work done, as it is incomplete, and furthermore with Mr. K[redacted]'s unprofessionalism after the fact.
