This is to confirm receipt of the customer complaint from one [redacted] - Revdex.com Case # XXXXXXXX.

We understand the customer - [redacted] indicated we had not responded to the mailed request (including the receipt...

for five items) concerning our Jose Ole Taquitos. This issues was reported to Revdex.com on 8/17/2015.

We have [redacted] information provided by the Revdex.com as follows:

On 8/24/2015 we received the Revdex.com notice of the issue and we immediately searched our database for any contact with this customer. We checked all variations of the name / address / phone number / date range with no matches. We also searched for the physical letter sent to us, but have no records of said letter.

We decided to call the number (XXX) XXX-XXXX but the number provided was not valid. We then reached out to Ms. [redacted] (Revdex.com) to see if there was an error with the phone number provided - but even Ms. [redacted] was not able to connect with the customer with the number provided.

We then are asking for her help so that we can reach the customer in the most expeditious way to help resolve the issue. Please find this email request to help us contact the customer directly per your suggestion.
