Review: On June 19, 2014, a landscaper, Jose Revira, cut my acreage and shattered the exterior glass doors to my house by driving his tractor over some stones. Mr. V[redacted] advertises himself as a landscaper, and is well acquainted with the topography in this national park area (inside the [redacted], Maryland), because he has cut our grass for several years. My insurance paid only a partial amount, leaving a balance of $2000. Mr. Revira promised to make up for the damage, but each time I called him he says Ill come tomorrow, but he never arrives. A friend who has also used his service has called him on my behalf, but Mr. Revira does not respond. Although his business card states he is alandscaper (among other things), he does not appear to have those skills. He pulled up all the Pachysandra in the border on each side of my front door. He includes insurance on his business card, but he admitted he was not insured. I have restricted lung disease and allergies. I need a skilled yard specialist to prevent overgrowth in the yard and field surrounding my home.Desired Settlement: The summer is almost half over and I need Mr. Revira to honor his words. I have restricted lung disease and allergies, and I need a skilled yard specialist. I will accept $2000 cash, or I will be forced to file suit in a court of small claims to recover my expenses and hire a new yard specialist.

There is still a matter of approximately $1300 to be resolved (out of the $2000 owed). I am awaiting further contact with the business.
