I am rejecting this response because:
On 12/30/Jose submitted a response stating, that months after repairing my Sonoma truck "something was bound to happen"Jose was correct, my truck did not start because of a repair that was not made or properly preformedExactly months after paying Jose in full for his temporary repairs I was informed by another mechanic that the truck was not repaired and in fact was encountering the exact same problem Jose claimed he fixed
Jose verbally stated to me that the ignition module was replaced and that my truck was currently experiencing new mechanical issues related to something other than the repairs made by himThis accusations was proven to be when it was discovered by another mechanic that the original ignition module was in fact "untouched and still intact" Jose failed to provide any type of service agreement including a (month guarantee) upon the competition of his workI have yet to receive any information regarding a"month" expiration on the services provided by Jose's Auto Repair Please note that not only was Jose dishonest in his attempts to repair my truck and correct any related issues, but he has also dealt with me in a hostel and unprofessional manner. It is my hope that the Revdex.com will assist in retrieving what is owed to me and prevent other consumers from being a victim of Jose's Auto Repair fraud and unprofessional services

Dear *** ***,
This response is in response to your letter dated Friday, January 08, Jose's Auto Repair has a labor warranty of days from the date of the repairDue tot he fact that our shop does business with several different dealers, the parts are warranted through the parts dealerIn regard to this particular claim MS***;s parts were purchased from Tri valley Auto Dismantlers had a days guarantee for used partsTherefore, Ms***'s warranty expired by June 05, (See attached copy of Tri Valley Auto Dismantlers receipt for parts) In regards to this particular claim Ms***;s parts were replaced on May expired June 05, Also in regards to your letter to Jose's Auto Repair dated Friday December 18, Ms *** is requesting a refund of $when our total transaction was $(See attached copy of receipt)Ms*** was actually no the one to bring in the truck in the first place; the truck was brought in by an adult male, and I physically showed him the removed parts and offered him to keep the old parts after the repair was complete

Revdex.com: In May, I fixed Ms***’s
GMC SonomaHer truck has a hard time to startWe checked the truck and the spark plug wires did not have spark so we replace the crankshaft senor and ignition module which are used and bought from *** *** *** ***The truck started fine after I finished the repair, and not hear from any complaints until now, after months of my repairBut after a month period there is something bound to happen to the truckIt is highly it is a new problem because over months it is possible for a new mechanical dysfunctions to occur and the driver will experience these difficultiesUnfortunately this happened to Ms*** but the new problem she is experiencing is not related nor connected to my previous repair I did on May which was seven months ago, She claims another mechanic told her so I could talk to him about the truck and I do not know what other mechanic did to the truckShe should have brought the care to me instead of the other mechanicAnd lastly, any car will experience any problem regards of weather, the problem will still be there; the weather has nothing to do with the car starting and not startingIf there is a new problem with the truck, the problem will still be there until it is repaired the hot or cold weather has nothing to do with the problemWarm Regards, Jose’s Auto Repair
