I had requested an evaluation of my undergraduate transcript at *** *** & ***Incin April I paid additional $for 5-day return serviceThe evaluator Ms*** did not mailed my documents for daysI have had made at least ten calls, every time I have told the evaluator is at lunch or not availableFinally, one person checked my file and found out the documents were not mailed for some reasons, which was not explained to meI was trying to get hold of their customer service manager (Ms***) who doesn't like to talk to her customers I guess (very ironical for job title)Ms*** through other employee told me they will ship the documents overnight which they did but without proper postageFortunately, mail man stopped by and asked for additional postage of $if I needed the documentsI paid the postman money to get my originals and evaluated documentsFollowing that I emailed Mr*** himself who was gracious enough to return $along with shipping moneyAlso, he apologized for the lack of service I received and attitudes from all the staffMy evaluator didn't even speak proper English, I don't know why can she evaluate my documents in EnglishShe never responded to my several email requesting her to update me the status of the evaluation

Very bad experience. Very greedy business, for adding a few lines (a thing that they should have done in the first place) they forced me to resubmit an application again, paying full price
