From: JOSELOS AUTO<[redacted]>Date: Thu, Jul 7, 2016 at 2:29 PMI first meet Ms. [redacted] a few months ago, she is a client of interlock / breathalyzer system, she comes to my shop to get her device serviced every month,one day while getting her monthly service she ask me...

if I can do a tune-up on her car, I said sure and my wife who is the owner of the shop made her an appointment for 5/27/2016, on that day I perform a tune-up on her vehicle replacing 3 ignition coils, spark plugs, ignition wires ,serpentine belt and recharge the A/C.When Ms. [redacted] came to pick her car up, she mention about the check engine light still on, so I told her the check engine light has nothing to do with the tune-up and that she has other issues with her vehicle ,especially because the vehicle is 20 year old  I never told Ms. [redacted] that the light would go off after a week or so of driving, that wouldn't make any sense the check engine light it will not go off until all other issues are repaired.On 06/13/2016 Ms. [redacted] came for her monthly service for her interlock / breathalyzer device and she was here at the shop over an hour waiting for services along with several other clients and she never mentioned that she was having any problem with the repair that a made on her vehicle, them on 06/17/16 Ms. [redacted] call me and said that she took her vehicle to [redacted] Motors and that they told her that my work was not completed and they wanted to charge her a lot of money to replaced one wire, then I told Ms. [redacted] if were having problems with my work that she should have brought it to my attention first before taking it somewhere else and that I will not touch her vehicle again because my job was done properly ,she then became very upset with me, so I pass the phone to my wife to try to calm her down and resolve this issue,Ms [redacted] got very disrespectful to her and started screaming at her and hung up the phone, so my wife try to call her back and she did not answer, so she text her ,see (attachment A) .On 06/25/2016 Ms. [redacted] walk into the shop demanding another copy of her receipt,my wife told to please wait in the lobby and she will get her a copy, Ms. [redacted] ignored her and walked directly to the bay area to ask me for the receipt , again totally disrespecting her and the regulation of the shop, two day later we receive this letter.Here at Joselo's Auto Services our customer satisfaction is very important to us, we are very sad that Ms. [redacted] feels this way but our work was done properly.thank you .Attachment A( below)
