Mr***The soffit Panels you are referring to you insisted on applying to inadequate pre existing framing in which I advised that was wrong when house was built and you refused to fix before we reinstalled the used panelsI advise of every imperfections as we reinstalled used panels and did the best we could with what you allowed us to work with!! I advised the gutters and facia needed to be removed and framing corrected before the panels were to be reinstalledYou refused to fix the Problem correctly The attitude you are referring to was instigated by your constant nagging, insults and insisting on reusing inadequate used materials that you insisted on installing to framing that was inadequate and impossible to fix properlyWhich also caused the inefficiency's you are referring to! Can't Put a Sqaure peg in round hole!! The framing in the baths room was not complete in which were aware of when I letIf you are sufferingIt's from no fault of mineI done everything I could to creat a positive relationship and you were not going to allow that as wellOnce again,I'm sorry things didn't work outAt this time I'm done with conversationGood luck with your new homeI hope you find your way to making the improvements you are seekingAt this point ,there is nothing more I can doGod bless!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.MrPrice you were hired on a time and materialbasisThe 1st day you and your helper worked only hrsand onlyaccomplished the installation of soffit panels from a foot ladder withseveral mistakes causing additional time required to correct the mistakesThejoints had gaps and the soffits were wavy to the fasciaWe decided to pay professionalCarpenter prices and expected professional carpenter work in an efficient mannerinstead we got a hot tempered cursing individual that we felt neededsupervisionThe second day hrssame attitude but had more efficiencyYoudisappeared for days said you were sickThe third day hrsmore of thesame attitude and disrespect but you did apologize for the disrespectYou tooka long lunch and then worked on your truckYour accomplishments were only a fractionof what you had me to believe you would accomplishJoe you took all your stuffout of the garage on the last day without a word of your intentionsYou put mywife and me through many uncomfortable momentsThe wall you built in thebathroom had unflush studs to the sill, window openings were 3” larger than thewindows, the distance between several studs were much greater than 16” causingadditional studs to have to be added just to name a fewYou talked about notbeing fair to you but we were the customer paying you by the hrwe providedyou two with drinks, made you both lunch, and you now want to continue to makeus suffer? The agreement was $49 per hour for 2 men and 5% for expenses. Hours performed and completed were 14.5hrs x...

$49=$710.50. 5% of $710.50 is $35.53 for a total of $746.03 with a difference of $253.97 balance. The agreement was to remodel a bathroom per agreed specifications. 1st Day: Upon arrival the customer, [redacted] proceeded to try to dictate to the contractor, Me:Joe Price on what, when, and how to do my job. [redacted] hired me as a contractor to do X amount on said project with me doing said job under my control in the order necessary to complete the job efficiently under said estimate. When [redacted] tried to control and lead the job we discussed it. I told him I needed to lead the job and he agreed and the rest of the day was productive. 2nd Day: Upon arrival [redacted] met me at the truck trying to overpower control of the project again, and I advised him at that point that I needed to do things in an orderly manner under my control to efficiently complete said project or he can find a new contractor. Once again he agreed to my way and by the end of this day he was pleased with the production of this day and looked forward to the next day. 3rd Day: Upon arrival things were good and going smoothly. By mid day he was under my feet again trying to dictate the order in which the project needed to be done and once again I advised him that he was interfering with their order of the efficiency of the project. At that point I advised him that enough is enough and that he needed to let me do the job that he hired me to do, and once again [redacted] agree and walked away. By the end of this day I decided that this arrangement was not working for me or [redacted]. I decided at that point that I had to re evaluate the situation and find a solution if possible. 4th Day: I called [redacted] in the morning to try to come to an agreement again, without success. At that point I told him I would return the balance of $253.97 in two weeks or more. At 4 weeks I was ready to finalize the refund when I received a letter in the mail from Revdex.com. At that point I needed to re evaluate again to try one last time resolve this issue.
