We can only assume that the amount the “finance company told her”...

was the total of payments after completing the full term of the contract, 51 months. This future expense includes unearned interest rather than her actual amount financed. Obviously this amount would be due to the Financial Institution, not Joseph & Junior Motors.
The purchase price included and the customer has the documentation for a 24 month/24,000 mile deluxe Service Contract administered by Wynn’s Warranty. Contract #[redacted] Phone #: ###-###-####.
We were never notified about a missing car jack. Weeks later a male friend came in and we offered to give him one. However after verbal and physical threats by this person we were forced to call the Police. A jack was in the car at time of delivery. The issue however was too small to debate. If the person didn’t threaten employees at our business and bad mouth to the potential clients on our property at the time, we would have assisted.
The customer is mis-informed. The fact that she attempted to make a claim through the warranty company at a Cadillac dealership proves out that she has or had the requested documentation.

Review: I was under the impression that the vehicle I purchased was for 13,993.73, at least that is what the paper work I have states. But when I called the finance company I was told I owe them 22,007 and I am locked into that car for 51 months. I have had all kinds of things go wrong with the vehicle and has had to pay out of pocket. The warranty has not covered any of the repairs that I need done. I have no tire jack in my vehicle me in which I have informed them of numerous time and still haven't been received one. I also wanted to know why the finance company is giving me a different price then the one on the paper work that was given to me and he would not speak to me! Instead he. Allied the cops and said that he was threatened twice with a tire arm! I don't have one of those I don't even have a tire jack to change my tire.Desired Settlement: I would like all copies of the contract that has the final cost of the car. A car jack I case I need to change a tire(Inwhich, I do). Or I want out of this contract!
