I [redacted] have spoken, and apologized for the continuation of re sending out a statement, the person we had in training kept setting aside the returned mail, and and never acted to change the patients account to deceased so that he would no longer receive a statement, I have corrected this matter, and again have apologizedWe have no longer had any problems with this matter, when we have someone new in training, I make sure that they respond to the returned mail with any letters, or death certificates, to take care of the matter
