I apologize for the inconvenienceI explained to *** exactly what part needed to be replaced and he told me he would have another company deal with the issue since I would not be available for at least two weeksI was under the impression the issue had been dealt withI will do what I can to
ensure fair compensation at this point

He indicated that he would reimburse me for the cost of the new toilet and its installationI have sent him the receipt for the toilet and the invoice for its installation Assuming he honors his verbal commitment then he will have satisfied my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #***. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.
