After 1 year later from the time that I went to this dental office, they suddenly billed me for $154 dollars regarding a teeth cleaning where I gave them my insurance. I called my insurance to verify this and they told me I should not be liable for any payment to this company. The company is part of the provider network for my insurance, so even if there were other amounts billed to my insurance, I would not be liable for those payments. Either way, from what they explained to me, my insurance split the payment between my dental only portion and my health insurance portion, and I have copies of the payments to prove this. The dental group is billing me for half because apparently they don't understand how to read the insurance paperwork. I have called this office several times, and each time they tell me that "The office manager will call you back". The people are rude, uncourteous, and unprofessional.
