Dear [redacted],Our firm was contacted by a realtor to inspect the chimney at the customer's address. When the chimney was inspected for certification, the inspector noticed that the chimney required pointing and informed the realtor. The inspection report was promptly submitted to the local borough...

authority and the pointing was scheduled - weather permitting.The realtor contacted our office once as did the customer. My office manager talked to the realtor and also left a message for the customer. She told them both that when you are working with cement the weather forecast is important. If the cement has not cured, the rain will wash it away.We follow the weather closely since we are in a business that relies heavily on nice weather. Contrary to what the customer says, I did not deem it prudent to do the pointing until I had several straight days of nice weather, The pointing was completed at the property on June 17, 2015 between 12:30 and 1:30.Hopefully the above information will satisfy both the Revdex.com and the complaining customer.If you are in need of any further information, please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned.Sincerely,J.
