Review: I received and eye exam from Dello Russo Optical and the prescription that I was given is too strong
I cannot see out of the contacts that they prescribedi called today to inform the optometrist and was told that there is nothing that they can do
They instructed me that I need to purchase another eye exam, which I would need to pay for because it's not covered by my insuranceAfter I expressed that i've already paid for a service and did not receive the service that I paid for, their customer service rep,[redacted]hung up the phone on me.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive contact lenses and glasses that are the correct prescription

This patient was seen in our practice for contact lensesShe expressed that she could not see well out of the prescription, however, we were nearly shy of two months when the complaint was presentedOur practice policy states that days after an RX is given, there would be a re—exam feeThe patient wanted to come back and be reevaluated, less the re—exam feeOur front desk staff is not permitted to make financial decisions and so the issue was presented to meI was given the background information and her phone numberAs the CEO, I am always in and out of meetings, however, calling the patient was on my agenda that day before I leftTypically, I would not have been involved in a matter like this, but, my Front Desk Supervisor was outI retreated to my office for a meeting, when nearly an hour later, the patient came in to see meShe again expressed her discontent for various reasons and stated she had filed a complaint with the Revdex.comI explained to the patient that I was going to certainly call her back and resolve the issue and had shown her, her phone number on my deskI also expressed that I was upset a complaint had been filed before I had been given the chance to speak with herNonetheless, patient care is a priority in our practice as is satisfactionI had the patient reevaluated and the prescription corrected at no charge to herThe issue was resolved the same day, rather expeditiously, and the patient left our practice satisfied with the change
