paid everything in full except for their water bill from 10/01/2015-10/27/which is in the amount of $A letter informing them of the bill has been sent to the forwarding addresses providedOnce this amount is paid their account will be closed with a zero balance due. A copy of their lease was previously given to the residents when requestedWe also had multiple conversations with all residents in person regarding the early termination process and requirements as laid out in their lease

I am rejecting this response because: I have attached a picture of what was put in our apartment after we vacated and making it clear that we were vacatingIn this it says we no longer had ownership of the apartment but after we paid the fee that remained we were told we still do which directly conflicts with this signed documentWe ended up having to pay nearly 3,dollars extra after paying the fee stated in that documentWe have paid that to avoid any chance of extra charge and we're told the water bill (even though we never used water that month as we had vacated) would come out of the deposit sent to us which we have not yet receivedThis document also was put into our empty apartment after we had said we vacated and left the keys but in it there is a check marking that it was hand delivered to us, which is not true.

statement and bid from carpet vendor. At this time, we will not remove the charges for the carpet replacement as the carpet was heavily damaged with pet urine or cleaning charges as you can see from the move out pictures. I have also included your notice to vacate form that did not include a forwarding address. We mailed the paperwork to you last know address which was your apartment here with hopes that you had forwarded your mail through the post office.
