the mold problem and chose to ignore itThey also claimed to have called me several times which is absolutely not true because I never got these alleged callsI can get a statement from the man that came out and looked at the house, saw the mold and told me that they do not handle mold issues and to see my renterHe was from Code enforcementI want to not only be released from my lease without it going on my credit but I want my deposit back to be used to find another place to liveThese people at Roland are untruthful and don't care about their tenantsI informed them numerous times and still nothingThey did send workers but they didn't clean the air ducts or address the mold situation one timeI have paid my rent on time since I moved in regardless of the house situation so I carried out my part of the lease. *** ***

We have addressed every maintenance call that this tenant has called inWe have to give each call to the owner of the unit and he has his own people that he likes to useIf it is something that his crew can not fix then he allows us to use our contractorIf is in the rules and regulations that
backs up drain lines and toilet back up will be the tenants responsibility to pay for, that is why the tenant was charged for the plumbing billWe addressed the heat problem as well, this call the owner said he would have someone check itWe do not have any way of knowing the problem has not been fixed unless the tenant calls us back to follow up if no one shows up to fix the problem
