I am rejecting this response because:

I am rejecting this response because:proper diagnosis was not initially doneThe time also the time period was less than days and a matter of weeks before complete failureI trusted them to deal with me fairly and they are over dollars richer and I am where I started. They have lost a future good customer

June 3rd delphine came in stating her ac system is not workingwe performed an ac performance test and found a leak at the ac hose from compressor to evaporatorlow side *** valve was leaking when service port cap was removed for serviceadvised customer to replace hose and ***
valve and customer approved repairsafter repairs ac system worked okNo leaks detected after service and freon chargecustomer was also given a discount of dollars off of total billcoupon...a couple weeks later approximately 2,miles later customer returned stating ac system is not workingwe immediately drove vehicle in and upon a couple hrs of inspection we found out that the ac compressor is faultypower to compressor is present but no activity from compressorNo charge for the diagnosis out of good will to customerAdvised customer she needs a compressorA compressor kit for better warrantycustomer declined any further repairs at that time.customer was given an estimate to replace compressor...system still had correct amount of freon and no leaks were detectedI don't feel we should reimburse any monies due to the fact that it's not our fault the ac compressor stopped workingsystem was working for weeks and about 2,milesso apparently the system was working ok after the repairswe have no control for parts that will stop working in the futureI'm sorry our customers ac doesn't work but we did everything accordingly to work on her carSincerely, ***
