Review: This contractor, Joseph DePiano, was paid fully for a job he did not complete. The job of fixing our back shed started on 5-17-13, and has not been completed yet. Phone messages, e-mails were sent to Joseph DePiano, but now he is not even replying back to us. He kept promising to come over and finish, but then gave excuses why he can't come. I am a disabled person, and I do not need this. I need the room completed. There are wires hanging out of the walls yet. This is a danger. I appreciate your investigation. Thank YouDesired Settlement: $3,830.00 which I paid by check on 6/28/13, that was the final completion amount that was never done.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Joseph J. Depiano General Construction & Builders regarding complaint ID [redacted]. He only calls and promises to come over, but doesn't. So, the work is still not completed.
