Review: 1. My hair was damaged due to substandard work. It was damaged further by the attempt that was made to correct the substandard work. I LOST 4 INCHES OF HAIR DUE TO THE DAMAGE!! My clothing was ruined by the products used. I had to pay for a haircut and treatment to try to alleviate the damage caused!! 2. I was charged for a double fill-in manicure but only received a single fill-in with white polish on tips.I will submit documentation at another time.Desired Settlement: A full refund for the hair service $133.00 and a full refund for the manicure fill-in $45.00.Payment for my damaged clothing $25.00. Hair cut and treatment $100.00. Owner should be required to take a class on how to deal with the public. He was not receptive to my concerns and maintained that his work was fine. Another hair professional commented "I can't believe they let you walk out like this."
