Only after hiring him for the job did he inform me that he had issues with the building department. They were not happy with the prior work he did. He showed up on the job demanded payment but refused to complete the job as contracted. This man can not be trusted. He has no moral or business ethics.
This is Joseph Maniaci, this is a totally fabricated story. I contacted revdex to have this removed. I will also follow up on this to see who posted this and sue for defamation. Anyone that knows me will affirm that I'm an honest man.
