Joseph Matthew shot our event with drones and videography 8 months ago and we still have not received our videos, despite numerous attempts to contact him. If you are thinking of hiring him, I will gladly to talk to you about our experience at [email protected]. Review: I [redacted] hired Joseph Matthew on 08/01/2015 to take my engagement and wedding pictures. For the engagement pictures I paid him in full and only received 2 pictures out of 30. Joseph told me he was editing the rest and I would receive them later..... For the wedding on 08/15/2015 he had told me that he would arrive 2 hours before to capture pre-wedding events. He showed up 5 minutes before the wedding. During the church services and after service took 2 drone aerial videos and pictures. An other 1500 photos were shot through my whole wedding. I PAID HIM IN FULL FOR MY WEEDING FOR HIS SERVICES. I have not received a phone call or text or email from Joseph Matthew or any one of his associates. I have called , emailed ,texted and went to his office for the last 2 months and Joseph hasn't contacted me.Desired Settlement: ALL I WANT IS FOR HIM TO FINISH THE JOB HE WAS PAID IN FULL FOR. I would like all my edited and unedited pictures and drone/videos from my whole wedding and engagement.
