Purchased a Krushr trash compactor that came broken. Called Krushr directly and they said Factory Service would call us. They never did and when we reached out to them they apologized for losing my info. Its been over 2 months and 3 appointment no shows from this company. Very disappointed in this company as well as Krushr. I wish we could rate negative stars.
