Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me when it is completedOne unforeseen circumstance was the flat tires, the other times I was told it was because Joe had lined up other jobs and I was pushed off to another day, this went on for four monthsI am minutes away but that was not a problem when you installed the roof, only when it had to be fixed
I have been more than accommodating over four months, this was my last resort because we are going into the winter and I have more rain coming in and I am only getting apologies and no action.
Regards,
*** ***

I am sorry for the delay in the repairs but I was under the assumption that the third party warranty provider was providing for the repairs when contacted back in June of I must have either missed the November email that the homeowner sent or if I replied I simply forgot for which again I
apologizeI will be responding to the homeowner today and set up a time to visit the property hopefully within the next week weather and schedule permitting.Joe Niedosik

I am rejecting this response because: first off I called the contractor told them we just wanted our money back that was on Monday 12/22 today still no response from owner called back no answer again now this has been going on since march of this year remember now there is hundreds or thousands of dollars in water damages to the property because of neglect of getting the job done that is why I am rejecting the response
Regards,

I will be contacting the customer to set up a meeting to discuss the issues that  caused the delay in my company doing the work with the hope that we can work  out  a way to still satisfy the customers needs.

I spoke to [redacted] on the night of December 22nd and she agreed to a personal meeting after the holidays to review the damage to the house and discuss the situation further.

From: <[redacted].com>Date: Wed, Apr 29, 2015 at 6:39 PMSubject: Re: ID [redacted]To: [email protected] you for your response. To whom it may concern,Unfortunately, the complaint referenced as #[redacted] has not been resolved. A member of the roofing company staff came to the house and reported he would be back to put a hose in the vent stack pipe to determine if it was the pipe or roof leaking.  After not hearing back from him and several attempts to contact him, my husband eventually spoke to him by phone on 3/23/15.  He told my husband that he had been laid off by the roofing company and to contact the roofing company. We have made multiple attempts to contact 3C Network, the company supposedly holding the roof warranty and have determined that they are no longer in business.On3/23/2015, I emailed Mr. Nieodosik again asking that this be resolved as it has been 1 year from the initial request and did not receive an email in response. We have checked the vent pipe and it confirms that the roof around the pipe is leaking.  The vent pipe is intact.  My husband believes the collar around the pipe is the incorrect size/slope.All we want is to have the roof leak repaired and we appreciate your assistance in this matter.Sincerely,[redacted] & [redacted]

[redacted].com6:59 PM (13 hours ago)to me Hello,Unfortunately, this complaint remains unresolved.  We have received not contact (phone, email, or text) from Mr. Niedosik since his post on the Revdex.com site in response to our last entry.  All we want is for our roof to not leak every time it rains. We appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as it has been 15 months since our request for repair.Thank you,[redacted] & [redacted]

We have been trying for some time now to find the source of the customers leak and repair it. I don't agree with the customers claims that we have missed several scheduled visits without justification. When we have missed  they were due to  unforeseen circumstances including a flat...

tire. The  customer is located over 75 minutes away from our office  and it requires advanced scheduling  to  try and get there and rain gets in the way of testing the area around the leak. We have been trying to find and repair the leak. The leak may even be associated with  other roof penetrations including the pipe itself or other none roof related flashing issues. We are planning another visit to  the property within the next week weather permitting.

Review: Leaky Boot Collar on Main Sewer Vent on Roof

Joseph Niedosik Contracting installed our roof in May of 2011. No problems until June 16, 2014. Discovered water in our bathroom. As you can see by my call log below I have called close to 20 times over the last 4 months and when they finally thought they fixed it they actually made it worse.

I have water leaking in my bathroom anytime it rains, it is leaking at the boot collar and straight down the main vent into our bathroom. It is right next to our electrical panel which I have told them. I have gotten apologies and constant assurances that they will be out within the week and as you can see I have been more than patient and the leak is still not fixed. I have spoken to the owner Joe on multiple occasions. His employee Jeff came out and told me there was nothing wrong and I wasted 130.00 to have a plumber tell me that it is the roof, not the pipe. I was then told that Tom is the expert who will get to the bottom of it and he came finally on 9/22/14. After he fixed it the problem was worse, we are getting more water every time it rains. I have to constantly wash towels because they are collecting rain water.

Joe has been pushing me off every single week until the weekend and then giving Tom other jobs to do and I am pushed off again and again. This is ridiculous and I have been more than accommodating – I have been kept at home for countless days waiting for them to show up. I work at home and am available every single day to be here.
